#157 - Custom report improvement?

Currently custom report can not display ticket No. and there's no icons like in default my open issue.

Is it possible to improve this?

@a5066987 Custom report can display ticket number. Select key from the list of fields and it will show the ticket number. I will think about icons and see how simple is it to implement.

A all new custom report was being developed and would be available soon for all the users. Based on this report, existing custom report would be deprecated and will be removed soon once this new report becomes stable enough for use.

Hi there. I converted all my custom reports from old to new. New custom reports are better unambiguously. But, there are few issues. First one, I not able to drag and drop column to group data on dashboards, second one, as soon as I tried to move gadgets on the dashboard with new custom reports, app crashed with error in console:

I debug some code and found that when I try to move gadgets on dashboard with new custom report, fired UNSAFE_componentWillReceiveProps calling this.loadReportData(e.query) but e do not has query and this.loadReportData fired with undefined. This cause crash of app

Hi @Azzmurr - Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue you reported is fixed in version 2.1 and is already published. Once you have the update, it should get resolved.

27-Nov-2023 - Change in permissions for JA

In upcoming version (v2.58) of JA, by default, permission to access Cloud instance of Jira would be added. This would let the users to integrate with Cloud instance of Jira without prompting for permission at the time of integration. Hence for Chrome users, once the extension gets updated, it would get disabled due to change in permission. You can enable it again from Extensions page. However, for Firefox and Edge, extension already have access to all the sites (though it doesn't really need) which would be narrowed down only to atlassian.net which would be a security improvement.

03-Jan-2023 - Auto update would take time

Jira Assistant is now updated in phased basis to avoid any breaking changes impacting all users. So it may take long time before your extension gets updated. If you want to manually update it immediately, just navigate to "chrome://extensions", turn on "Developer mode" from top right corner and click Update button. Then you can turn off dev mode.

26-Jul-2022 - Introducing JA Web

You can visit https://app.jiraassistant.com to use or test upcoming features of Jira Assistant. Contribute in testing JA by switching to Web Version. All the fixes and new feature updates would be immediately available in Web version of JA. Later, stable updates would be pushed to Extensions.
