Jira Assistant License Agreement and Terms of Use

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract entered into between you ("You") and the developer of Jira Assistant ("Developer"). Your use of the Jira Assistant software ("Software") is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Grant of License

Limitation of Liability

The Developer and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. This limitation stands even if the Developer was made aware of the potential for such damages.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will automatically terminate without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

Governing Law
